Why Is This Program Needed Now?

Although Sabr 1st Consulting is a newly established provider, our leadership brings over four years of direct

experience delivering prevention, leadership, and reentry services to youth through our work with the

Transformative Justice Initiative (TJI) and other community partners.

We specialize in designing and implementing programs that address the social determinants of health,

prevent delinquency, and provide safe, structured environments for youth to learn, grow, and thrive. Our

approach is grounded in trauma-informed care, public health principles, and transformative learning.

We are committed to building strong partnerships with families, schools, community organizations, and local

agencies to ensure that our youth not only remain engaged in their communities but are also equipped with

the tools and opportunities to lead positive change.

Youth face a combination of public health and social challenges that increase their

vulnerability to delinquency, disengagement, and unsafe environments. Many young people encounter

systemic barriers including limited access to quality mental health care, academic support gaps, exposure to

community violence, and a lack of structured, positive opportunities during high-risk evening hours.

Without targeted intervention, these factors contribute to cycles of high-risk behavior, poor health outcomes,

and justice system involvement.
